An Egg-cellent Farewell
Alright, Egg and Eggything fans… we’ve got some news.
After a lot of thought (and a few feelings), we’ve decided to stop making our Egg and Eggything Bagels. Our last day baking them will be June 21, 2026.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but at the end of the day, quality and customer experience will always come first at Boichik. We want every bagel we make to be the best version of itself, and this change helps us keep our focus where it belongs.
If you’re an Egg or Eggything loyalist, consider this your official warning: start stocking up now. Load up the fridge. Fill the freezer. Grab an extra dozen “just in case.” Because once we sell through our final batches, they’re gone for the foreseeable future.
No dramatic farewell tour. No surprise comeback announcements (probably). Just one last chance to grab your favorites before they ride off into the sunset.
Thanks to everyone who’s loved these bagels over the years. We appreciate you, your loyalty, and your excellent bagel choices.

Once Upon a Bagel
Hi! I'm Emily. Growing up in suburban NJ, there were plenty of of good bagels around. But when my father had business take him to the Upper West Side, he would stop by Zabar's for lox, sable, whitefish, and chive cream cheese, and H&H Bagels, which we would have as special treat. These bagels were on a different level of unique deliciousness. After moving away, I would look forward to having them when visiting home. And then one day I learned that they had gone out of business, and was deeply upset...
